A Message from Buckatree Hall Hotel about Coronavirus (Covid-19)
16.03.2020
As a valued customer, we wanted to update you on the steps we have taken so far to best protect our customers and team members from the impact of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
The health and safety of our customers and our team is always our top priority and we are taking the Coronavirus extremely seriously. We have reviewed, and have been delivering enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the hotel. We have significantly increased the frequency of the cleaning we undertake throughout the day, paying particular attention to the areas that customers and team members come into contact with most regularly, including toilets, door handles, bar & restaurant areas, our lift and key cards.
All staff have attended mandatory in-house training and we, the management team, will be carrying out briefings for our team at the start of each shift with clear instruction about how to maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout the hotel, including emphasising frequent and proper hand washing routines for both our team and customers.
We are also being very cautious in terms of any team member showing signs of illness, requiring them to follow the isolation and health guidance given by the government.
We are staying well informed of the developing situation and are following the advice and recommendations from the Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation. Our policies will be updated and reviewed in accordance with the above and we will update this page to reflect those changes.

All bookings in our restaurant or function room will be placed a minimum distance of 2 meters apart.
Wherever possible, subject to a maximum spend of £30.00, we are encouraging all purchases are to be paid for using the contactless method.
