Sous Chef

As the Sous Chef you will work alongside out established brigade to develop our food offering serving a variety of menus to all of our guests. You will have a genuine passion for food and the guest experience, a love for creating new things and the ability to keep going when the heat is turned up!

Being able to keep guests happy and adapt to their needs sometimes means thinking on your feet and that’s why you’ve got to love change – you’ll know as well as we do that no two days in a  kitchen are the same!  The ideal candidate will be full of ambition with a genuine desire to succeed.  You will deputise in the Head Chefs absence and will need to have a sound understanding of kitchen management in addition to being a great cook!

This is a full time position.  Weekends and evenings are a pre-requisite of the role.  Owing to the hotels location own transport is essential.  This is a live out position.
