Weddings & Events Manager
As the Weddings and Events Manager you will be responsible for the effective conversion of all enquiries relating to, but not limited to, weddings, events, meetings, private parties and Christmas.
Working in conjunction with the General Manager you will develop and implement marketing activities in order to deliver revenue and achieve sales targets for banqueting business.
You will conduct appointments, show rounds and secure new business. You will work alongside the operational team to ensure room set-ups are complete and that the customer is always put first. You will be assisted for 2 days a week by our M&E coordinator.
You will need to be a strong administrator and excellent communicator. This is a full time position. Owing to the nature of appointments you will need to be flexible in your approach to work. Some evenings and weekends will be required. Salary will be commensurate with age and experience.
Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie you will work alongside out established brigade to develop our food offering serving a variety of menus to all of our guests. You will have a genuine passion for food and the guest experience, a love for creating new things and the ability to keep going when the heat is turned up!
Being able to keep guests happy and adapt to their needs sometimes means thinking on your feet and that’s why you’ve got to love change – you’ll know as well as we do that no two days in a kitchen are the same! The ideal candidate will be full of ambition with a genuine desire to succeed.
The successful candidate will be looking to progress their career and will have worked for at least 12 months in a similar environment.
